Monday, November 3rd, 2008. I chaperoned Gunnar's class field trip to a local estuarine research center, at his request. We rode the bus together and had some fun with his classmates while learning. We had a great time! I'm so happy he posed for this picture in front of friends and everything.
Below is Gunnar doing some research with classmates. They're investigating the oyster clusters to see what marine life they can find. They found two different kind of crabs, worms and stuff like that. They were comparing what they found in a oyster cluster from the indoor laboratory with an oyster cluster from the river.
